A relaxed, welcoming creative session where we’ll make things together and enjoy good conversation. No experience needed, just come as you are. Craft materials provided, but feel free to bring your own. Gently facilitated by a psychologist, these sessions are about slowing down, connecting with others, and doing something kind for your wellbeing through craft.
The first session will be Create Your Own Wellbeing Journal: Participants will design and begin a personalised wellbeing journal using mixed media. Prompts will be optional, with space for drawing, writing, collage, or reflection at each person’s own pace.
