The Menopause cafe takes place the first Sunday of the month and is a FREE drop-in session hosted by Liana Oldham, with a guest speaker to talk and chat informally about all things Menopause.
Natasha Sutton will be the guest speaker for our first get together of 2026, Natasha is the founder of Beach House Therapy, where she brings together counselling, hypnotherapy, and breathwork to support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change. With over a decade of experience working in NHS mental health services, Natasha combines deep clinical understanding with a compassionate, holistic approach.
She will be discussing the benefits of Breathwork and how it offers a simple, accessible, and highly effective way to support wellbeing during Menopause.
If you’ve been thinking more about change in 2026, this is a group where you find support not just from Liana as a Health Coach and Yoga Teacher experiencing perimenopause herself, but from a beautiful group of women that gather with an open mind and heart to be seen and heard.
You can ask questions, share your own experiences, and feel supported so you can get through this challenging time feeling well. Expect information on food, supplements, lifestyle routines, exercises, HRT and more that may improve your well-being.
You can take away a small booklet published by the UK Charity Menopause Support Group UK founded by the #MakingMenopauseMatter movement. The booklet contains FAQ, a ‘symptom checker’ you can take to your GP and help with consultations, information on HRT, and a list of other sources of information.
Places are limited so we would recommend registering in advance.
